By downloading, installing, or using GlowKit App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GlowKit is a skincare and wellness routine tracker that helps users build habits, maintain streaks, and track their Glow Score. The App is available on iOS devices.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

GlowKit offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Key details:

Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data stored within the App. GlowKit stores your routine and habit data locally on your device.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

6. Health Disclaimer

GlowKit is a habit-tracking tool and does not provide medical, dermatological, or health advice. The App is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek guidance from qualified health providers regarding skincare or health concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of GlowKit are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowKit and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is subject to the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
